In three lines

Matéo Le Calvic, 25, and Pierre Boulbin, 28, met in 2021 as technicians on an IMOCA team. After 4 years on the Mini 6.50 circuit and a Mini Transat each in 2025, they come aboard in Class40 on hull #185, a 2022 Manuard design. Ahead of them: four seasons, six transatlantic races and the Globe40 round-the-world race in 2028.

Summer 2026

A podium for the first Class40 season

2nd in the RORC Caribbean 600 in Antigua for their first race on Bazalt, Matéo and Pierre then chained La Trin'40 (21st solo), the Armen Race (10th) and the Normandy Channel Race (14th double-handed). Next stop: the Route du Rhum, 1 November, Saint-Malo.

Spring 2026

From Mini 6.50 to Class40: the project is launched

After their 2025 Mini Transats, Matéo and Pierre change scale: FPFP, Matéo's title partner on the Mini, puts Class40 hull #185, a Manuard-designed Mach40.5, at their disposal. The 2026-2029 sponsor deck is available.
